Shipping Policy (USA only)
Made to order. Every product is produced after you purchase. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before shipment (varies by product, season, and print partner). The ship-by date shown in our system is an estimate.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Multi-item orders may ship from different U.S. facilities.
Shipping methods & timeframes (after production)

Standard: ~2–5 business days (most providers)

Priority/Express (where available): ~2–3 business days
Actual options depend on the print provider fulfilling your item. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and can differ by product and print partner. When multiple items are fulfilled by the same provider, an “additional item” rate may apply; items fulfilled by different providers ship separately and are charged individually.
Split shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers if items are produced by different U.S. facilities or use different shipping methods (e.g., Express mixed with Standard).
Carriers & tracking
Once an item ships, we’ll email you the carrier and tracking number. Some providers may use untracked services for certain products or destinations; in those cases, tracking may be unavailable.
Address accuracy & delivery issues
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

Address changes: We can attempt changes before production/shipping begins; once in production or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Insufficient/invalid address or unclaimed parcels: If a package returns or is undeliverable due to address issues or delivery failures, we can reship once you confirm a corrected address. Reshipment costs apply; original shipping is non-refundable.
Lost in transit
If a carrier confirms a package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s) per our policy.
Damaged / misprinted / wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund; returns are typically not required.
Order status
Your shipping confirmation email includes tracking; multi-package orders will have separate tracking links. Some shipments may be untracked depending on the provider.
Service interruptions & holidays
Production or shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday closures at print facilities. We’ll follow Printify’s fulfillment network updates during such periods.
