Made to Order
Every item is produced on demand in the USA. Because products are custom-made when ordered, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, or other non-defect reasons. Please check our size charts before purchasing.
Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@fjordkin.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund—no need to send the item back.
Lost/Undeliverable Packages
If a package is lost in transit or returned due to an invalid/insufficient address, we can reship for an additional shipping charge or issue a partial refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
Refunds
Once we approve a refund for a production/shipping error, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
